Community Thanksgiving Meal at TFC for people who don't have anyone to share a meal with. 12pm - 1:30pm. Carry-outs available, but no deliveries. --The Annual Brookfield Holiday Parade at 5 pm; followed by the Tree & Park Lighting ceremony at the Twin Parks. 
This year's theme is "150 Years of Christmas Cheer"

The Rusty Lantern 225 N. Main Brookfield will be holding its First Holiday Open House from 10am-5:30pm.  Refreshments served, door prizes and more.

"Tuesday Night Tenderloins" - Brookfield Eagles will
have hand breaded tenderloins, fries or onion straws every Tuesday. All proceeds will go to support the local "Meals On Wheels" program for the elderly.

Each Wednesday Oct 1 - Nov 19, 5:15-7pm, Rock Solid Musical practice at Park Baptist Church. K-6th grade invited. Concert: Sunday Nov 23, 6:30pm. Call 660-258-3391 for all details.

Al-Anon Support Group now forming. Support group for families who have been affected by a family member with alcoholism. Meetings will be held at the Presbyterian Church. For more information contact Donna at 660-258-2507 or Norma at 660-258-7794.

Trinity United Methodist will be hosting Free Family Movie Nights. 8pm every Friday & Saturday at the Trinity Fellowship Center. Concessions (popcorn, etc.) will be available.

Trinity Fellowship Center Gym at Trinity United Methodist Church is open for use every Thursday. 6-8pm. Supervision is provided by Mat Lincoln.

Brookfield Eagles Aerie #2463 at 105 Shelby Street has BINGO every Monday night at 6:30pm, and Steak Night every Friday night at 6pm.

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meets every Thursday at the Trinity United Methodist Church at 5-6pm. For more info call Dorothy at 660-258-7438.

Mike White will lead a non-denominational Bible Study every Wednesday & Friday at 12pm at the YMCA.

Food Drive planned in conjunction with Annual Flu Vaccine Clinic. Linn CO. Health Department will be partnering with Brookfield Ministries Food Pantry/USDA in a countywide food drive taking place at each flu vaccine clinic location in Linn CO.  Those who wish to contribute to this important cause may bring one non-perishable food item when they arrive at the clinic of their choice.  The Food Pantry staff suggests items such as canned vegetables, fruits, soups, peanut butter, and canned meats.  Also powdered milk, bags of rice, beans, pasta, etc.  For more information you may call Trinity United Methodist Church at 660-258-7719

November 22, Saturday
--Community Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Chillicothe Mayor Chuck Haney along with a selected Chillicothe R-II School elementary student will be flipping the ceremonial switch to the Community Christmas Tree at 6pm. $1 horse-drawn sleigh rides from 4-6pm.
--Kid's Christmas. 3pm - 5:30pm in the Livingston County  Courthouse.
--Kansas City Marching Falcons Drill Team and Missouri Western State University Golden Griffon's Marching Drumline will be featured in the 62nd Annual Holiday Parade.
--Benefit Auction for Jackie Skipper at the Chillicothe Elks Lodge. Mike Miller Auction 5pm-7pm. Dinner at 6:30pm followed by Live Music performed by Bonderer/Case Family & Friends. $10 per person. To donate an item for auction please call Esther Houston at the Chula Country Club 660-639-2234.
--SANTA will be visiting the Chillicothe McDonald's from 11:30am-2pm, and have FREE Christmas Craft Activities.
--Masonic Temple, 709 Cherry St. Chillicothe will be hosting a Chili Luncheon from 11am-2pm.  $4-adults, $2-kids under 12.
