Press Printing
Gallatin Publishing Company works a 4-unit News King web press for newspaper and
publication production. Standard tabloids are 11-1/2"x17" on 30# Newsprint
although other paper qualities and finished publication sizes are available. Gallatin
Publishing Company specializes in short run, spot color orders.
Commercial Printing
Traditional printing services are performed at Gallatin Publishing Company using
Ryobi, and Multilift sheet-fed presses. Specialties include 2-part, 3-part and
4-part carbonless forms as well as thermo printing for silkscreen detailing on caps and
clothing. Inquiries about envelopes, booklets, stationary, business cards, etc., welcomed.

Label and Mail
Services
Choose from our "smorgesboard" of mailing services measured in pennies per
piece.
If you have printed materials to mail, we can take the hassle out of doing
most, or all, of it for you. We will label your product for the U.S. Postal Service using
labels you provide or those we generate for you. We will bundle, sort and sack your product -- in a manner to secure USPS
discounts for you where applicable. And we will deliver to our post office or to yours
...on time! Mailing services include: CASS certification, carrier route & walk
sequence, postal reports and required documentation, bar coding (if rigidity is met),
renewal notice labels or specialty labels. Provide us with a diskette of your addresses for processing, or e-mail
your list to us, or manage your mailing list on our computer using our secure
FTP
site. Regardless of your choice, you're in control of your mailing lists.

Pre-Press & Desktop Publishing Services
When
you know how you want it...and even when you don't... we can help!
Complete pre-press and composition services are offered by Gallatin Publishing Company at
competitive hourly rates. A wide variety of popular data processing files you provide may
be converted for cost savings when printing at Gallatin Publishing Company. Digital
scanning, file conversions and photographic services are also offered. Desktop publishing
programs in use and preferred by Gallatin Publishing are Adobe Indesign, CorelVentura Suite and Adobe
Photoshop with 11x17 laserprinter color output. Internet design includes
database applications, static and interactive web sites, and archives.
