Policies & Forms

Ad Placement:
Requests for specific placement of advertisements or other messages in print or online are at the discretion of the publisher and, if granted, are given on a "First Come, First Served" basis.

Ad Agency Commission:
15% of gross billing on space, color and position to recognized agencies who guarantee payment and provide camera-ready copy delivered pre-paid to publisher's office. In the event of non-payment, publisher reserves the right to hold the advertiser and its agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher.

Terms:
All advertising is invoiced at the end of the month, net due 30 days. All advertising is subject to publisher's approval. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising for online or for print. Advertisers who do not have an existing and current account with Gallatin Publishing Company are required to make prepayment, either by check or credit card.

Publisher will not be liable for loss or damage of printing or materials furnished by advertiser. Publisher will not be liable for omissions or errors in materials provided by advertiser.

Publisher reserves the right to alter any materials received at variance with mechanical or software requirements. Alterations will be billed at actual cost.

All advertisements are accepted and published by publisher on the representation of the agency and/or advertiser that both are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of the advertisement and that the advertisements do not infringe upon any copyright or trademark.

If any advertising is, for any reason, not published or is published incorrectly, publisher's maximum liability to advertiser shall not exceed the amount advertiser has actually paid to publisher for such advertisement. Without limiting the foregoing, publisher shall not be liable to advertiser for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, even if publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
